RC,

Are you using Internet Explorer to browse websites? If you are, you can go to the "Tools" menu and then scroll down to "Internet Options". Then a dialogue box should open and click on the "programs" tab at the top. The second option should be "email", just pull down the menu and select your email client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Hotmail etc.)...After you select your program select "Apply" then "OK"

Hope this helps!

RC,

Do you mean, while you are browsing a website, you click on a email hyperlink and it does not open your email application?

Can you tell me:

1. What browser are you using?
2. What program are you using for email?

I would bet that the Pop-Up stopper is stopping that from working.

I did have one installed (forgot the name) and it prohibited me from clicking on hyperlinks to websites and other such stuff. Try removing the application and see if it works.
