I recently downloaded Billy Phelps clips--, cannot get them to play, could someone tell me how to accomplish this feat? Thanks Dale.

Hi Dale,

I had the same problem when I downloaded the video clips from the Carter site. I downloaded the latest version of Windows Media Player and I'm able to play the video clips now.

You have to have a player that will play the particular file type. If it's a Real Audio file (.ra) you will need the Real Audio player. If it's an MP3 or WAV the Windows Media Player that Michael mentioned usually will cover the rest of the file types.
