deleting wavs
I noticed that when I delete unwanted wavs from one area they still show up in other areas. Does anybody know what area I can go in to delete these, so they will be completely removed from my hard drive? Thanks.

Do you mean if you delete something it shows up in the recycle bin or that you delete a file and there is another copy of it somewhere else?? The recycle bin is standard on Windows 95/98/ME and is there in case you accidentally delete something and want to restore it. If you delete something from the recycle bin it will permanently delete it.
If you are seeing wav files in a second folder (directory) check your wav player as it may be set up to automatically save them to a special folder or playlist.

Mark;
When you delete the file, use the find files function and type in the exact file name with the proper extension, (just in case there is another file with the same name only another extension.) That should locate every copy of it on your computer. Then click Edit and then Select All and press "delete". Then empty the recycle bin. They all should be gone.
(Unless the program re-named it, too. Then I don't know what you should do.)
Hope this works for you!
