Jack's recent post on the infected files topic re: Windows ME System Restore function saved me more grey hair looking for this function on a 6 month old machine. Although it wasn't needed for an infected file, rather, an unsuccessful program installation it worked well per Jack's suggestion.
Jack has also been most helpful on other issues related to steel guitar as well.
