When submitting email or a webb,how do you get your computor to print the red part of it on the forum??

Like this:
<font face="monospace" size="3"><pre><font color="red">this text is red</font> </pre></font>

And when it shows in a Forum message, it will look like this:

<font color="red">this text is red</font>
