Ray,
I think the E7 at the end of your first line should be E-7 (?) *shrug*

John, Iwas just doing this in my head at work and just typed in chords,no specific lines. If the chord works out wrong that will probaly help him.I,m sure there is some things could be added.I just put down what I thought he could pick up on and noodle the song to his taste.Ray

Carl, an E-7 means E minor 7th, while an E7 means E (dominant) 7th. It looks a bit wierd on the computer because normally the "-" symbol (for minor) would be written as a superscript.

Ray, thanks for doing that. Ain't that the way of it around here - Somebody asks a question and nobody answers it... when somebody finally does take the time there's a dozen people set to leap on him to correct him. *lmao*
Jim, you're too kind... I'm glad you weren't around to hear the version of "Easy To Love" I played on the gig last night. My reputation would be in tatters... Image Even more tatters!
-John
p.s. Bengt, I've gotten in the habit of using - for minor chords. I know some people use an "m", but as the designation for a Major 7th chord is "M" (as in EM7), I find M and m look a little too much alike on a handwritten chart; So I use "-" instead. I think it's fairly common now.
[This message was edited by John Steele on 21 October 2000 at 11:03 AM.]
