Tracy Byrd CD's?

Post by Ron Page »

Any recommendations on his CD's. I don't have any and I like a lot of his stuff. He usually has some great steel in the mix.

I would say get them all. They all have great steel but my favorite is "No Ordinary Man"

Looks like Weldon Myrick did most of the steel on the first 2 albums and Bruce Bouton
was on a couple early singles.

I can't find Love Lessons but Paul Franklin
was on Big Love and Steve Nathan did I'm From
the Country.

Tracy Byrd is one of a few HNC exceptions I follow.

Thank you kindly!

I also noticed several of Tracy's CD's on one of the used CD sites...

I'm going to get at least one of his and along with Dale Watson, Justin Trevino and Johnny Bush (replacing a vinyl).

Thanks again.

I settled on "Big Love" and I think "Love Lessons".

(Pardon the uncertainty on that 2nd one, but the CD's are in the mail and the order is at home... They were real bargains at secondspin.com)

To the unknown steeler

Undo the Right was covered by Wade Hayes not Tracy Byrd.
