Hey Theresa,
That goes back to the early days of TNN when it was a good network. If I remember right wasn't that the show which had Lee Greenwood's then wife Melody teaching a few steps? I think the band had Mike Johnson on steel and maybe Steve Chapman in the band. And one of the backup singers was Vicky Carrico or am I getting this mixed up with another show. Those were the good old days when TNN actually had music on it.

Theresa,
I remember that show very well. The theme song used to stick in my head all the time and not because I wanted it too!!
)
Mike Johnson was great on it. Wasn't it pretty much Bill Anderson's band that did the music?
My favorite was the Bobby Bare show. It was broadcast from a studio and primarily featured songwriters doing tunes they'd written. He had the best guests. I really wish it, or something like it, was still on the air.
BTW, Terry is doing great.

Hi Theresa,
Did Greg ever play on that show?
And what happened to Jackie Ward? Back when I finally got good enough to play steel with the big boys in Macon Ga., I played off and on with two old boys by the names of Larry G. Hudson and Razzy Bailey. I was pretty young at the time and was asked to go to Nashville with Razzy. Glad I didn't because when he hit he got rid of his club band and I woulda starved to death for sure in Nashville with all those great players that were there in those days. Well I don't know if anyone still remembers those two, but, they were real good at one time and could sing anything that came along with the best of them. Anyhow, I was wondering if you or Greg know of there whearabouts these days.
Thanx, and you and yours have a good one!
Steve
