Gary passed away last night after several years battling cancer. He played steel in the area of Iowa but also played in Arizona and California with Larry Bales. Locally, he played many years with the band, Morning After.

I'm sorry to see this. Good guy, good player. The jams Gary and Raejean ran at Bulicek's in the late 80s - early 90s were among my favorite. Miss them. Was good to hear Gary a couple times at the QC show years later. My condolences to Raejean.
