Knee levers and volume pedal Q
I use a MOYO vol pedal with my Kline steel.
While I love the tone and weight of it, I am experiencing problems with keeping the volume pedal still whilst operating the levers (U12 with E´s on the right knee), resulting in unmusical volume dips.
While this is definitely a technique question at heart, I am wondering whether switching to a full size vol pedal would help in that regard. Or, perhaps, its a question of finding a vol pedal with adjustable action?
All ideas, recommendations, anecdotes, and stories are welcomed!

I used a Hilton low boy and switched to a Moyo. I also play a universal.
To me it's about double footing. Full size pedals just get in the way too much. The Moyo stays where you left it when you took your foot off it well and does not get in the way. Plus less set up ( no power,) built like a tank, cheap, and fits in the seat.
I have had the Moyo for four years and do not have a problem with levers. I found it natural after a few months and I do not have a bracket, though that might help you if it's a big issue.
I double foot a lot. The Moyo works for me and I think if you spend a few minutes working out where it should sit in terms of your steel's undercarriage it will work for you also.

Less equipment, more practice.

I personally did not like the Moyo at all and sold it within weeks of getting it. Perhaps you'll have better luck than I did. I know what you mean though. I had E's lowered on the right for quite a while and just got a universal with E's lowered on the right. More than anything, like anything, it is about practice.
