**NEW** Speaker Impulse Response packages..!!

From the time I started profiling amplifiers for the Kemper/Quad Cortex/Tonex platforms, I noticed there was a lack of support for pedal steel guitar speaker impulse responses. Eminence, Celestion, Ownhammer, & others support the newer Neo-Dym speakers, but I am talking about the older wonderful sounding classic speakers we all know and love such as the Black Widow and JBL D130 lines. I am a few days away from completing a massive project on these two lines of speakers as well as a few other obscure speakers used in pedal steel guitar amps in the past. They will be available in 44 kHz & 48 kHz formats.

I am also excited to announce I have also formatted them for compaitibility with the Sonicake Sonic IR of which I got Johnny Cox & Tommy Detamore to experiment with. You will be hearing a lot about this tiny box used in conjunction with modelers. I will say that the particular JBL D130 used in this package is absolutely pristine. This speaker along with the particular capture techniques have allowed me to create a product that I feel stands on its own against any JBL D130 Impulse Response packages that I have heard to date.

I love the Sonicake! A number of usable preset cabinets and those that I got from Joe are outstanding (as well as his Tonex models!). It has revolutionized my setup and waaaay lighter with a myriad of sounds now at my fingertips. I have my presets organized from std marvelous Standel to chorused Peavey to phase shifted Webb to overdrive to Dobro. Way to go and thank you Joe!!!
