I've been on a Zappa kick lately and got real hung up on this one, among others
the song is in 7, til the last bit which is in 5... not that I quite adhere to that 8)

Joe did a great job as always.
aside from that and Sneaky Pete's phenomenal solo on One Shot Deal, this excellent rendition of Twenty Small Cigars by Jan Jonsson is the only other example of Zappa on steel I've heard.
