I didn't find anything about this here.
Caught the end of this movie on TCM last night. From 1967. Wow. I think a lot of these performances are live. Lots of steel playing,

I remember seeing at the drive-in movies when I was much younger. It's a series of music videos (before that term was coined) strung together by a goofy comedy plot about putting together a big concert event. I found it on DVD a few years back, it's a real time capsule!
