That is the stuff! I have been playing in A7 (for me pedal 2 down) because I kind of hit a wall with 6th tunings as far as the blues go. Been listening to Milt Jackson and Grant Green and I just can't find it in C6 or A6. It is crazy how much this one note changes everything. I'm very much gravitating towards the sacred steel inspired playing. Thanks for reminding me of Freddie :) There are several albums on Spotify so he can keep me company on my long drive to and from work.

Woah mama! That's some inspired playing there! Love the slants and the swells with the chicken-head volume knob. And no finger picks! Love it!

I want to visit Freddy’s home planet some day. He hears things no one else can, then he plays them. Amazing. Thanks for posting.
