The old 1960's pull/release Marlen cross shafts were 5/16" round, with a flat. The shaft bushings were very light and cheap, and they fit into 3/8" holes in the apron. A little searching on the web came up with these, which seem to have the right dimensions. But though they seem like they'll work, I can make no guarantees as I have not personally used them. I'd advise to have someone double check the dimensions on your guitar before ordering because Leonard made constant changes.

Hope this helps!

There's nothing on a typical pedal rod that is commonly referred to as a "bushing". Bushings are bearings, like the item Donny posted. Are you talking about the quick disconnect ball joints? PSGparts.com sells those. Something else? If you want some useful intel you'll need to be more specific about what you're after, or as Barry suggested, post a pic.
