I got this Super Pro about a year ago. I can't find any serial number on the guitar. There is a scratched in "Jun 79.. R.L Denny 79" - I figured maybe that's someone who built or rebuilt the guitar or a previous owner.
Goerge, on both of my Super Pros the serial numbers are stamped underneath at the key-head end on the endplate "lip" (facing up) on the E9th side, and immediately next to it on the wood: just to the left of where your last picture cuts off. Same deal on my Super-Pro era Pro-1.
Thanks Dan, but there's no serial number there. There is a very faint "R.L Denny 79" like someone scratch it in but it's really hard to see. I couldn't get a good picture of it.
