Need help with Barrel with Two Hole Puller Sho-Bud!

Hey yall! I have a Sho Bud Professional that I’ve been playing for a couple months now that has a handful of small issues I’d like to address. These issues include sticky pedals, unstable tuning, and a handful of other smallish things. Does anyone know who I can talk to with some expertise with this mechanism?

The barrels have to be completely free of oil. If there's oil on the threads the barrels will move when you use the pedals or knee levers, and the tuning will change.
