Can anyone give me proper specs to replace this capacitor in my 50s Rickenbaker B6 Panda

They used 0.03, 0.047 & 0.05 mfd (microfarad) paper in oil capacitors. A modern .047 mfd is what I use … voltage rating doesn’t matter.

How would sound or the tone control be affected with the different capacitors?

Higher value cap -> more highs rolled off with the tone knob rolled back. The difference with the knob all the way up isn't quite zero, but it's very small.
