Another unusual steel guitar - ID request?

I've asked for better photos of the pickups and the tuner mechanisms.

my nephew from a co-worker. They work together on Alaska's north slope. For free
And I might end up with it. Any idea who it is made by. I would love to have it!!!

I think someone took a bunch of Magnatone parts and put them on a custom body, plus those intriguing tuners and control plates.
