I have a standard metal string acoustic guitar I hadn't been playing much (perfectly OK guitar, just been concentrating on mandolin). Parlor size, flat fingerboard. I just got a Shubb/Pearse bar on a whim to give it a try and was very pleased, it was like having a whole new instrument to experiment with.
Any recommendations on maybe a soundhole pickup for playing gigs? It has standard acoustic strings (phos bronze) that I'd like to keep for the warm sound, but willing to switch to electric style strings if need be.
Recommendations: pickup for lap playing on regular acoustic

I have used Baggs M1/M2, Seymour Duncan and others in my weissenborns. Recently I came across this on Amazon:

And I find the sound really good - hard to tell difference in tone from others… and a better price. Eventually got 2 more for my other weisses.
