Pedal Steel Trio Album - Chicago Steel

Hello fellow steelers, I just released my pedal steel jazz trio album, Chicago Steel. I'm proud to have Clark Sommers, a Chicago legend, on upright bass, and Dr.Eric Binder, a rising star from NY, on drums. The idea for this album sort of came together last minute - Eric happened to have an off day on tour in Chicago, and I had never played with Clark before. We met at the studio and cut these takes, no rehearsal, mostly first takes. I decided to cover a mix of tunes from the jazz and country world. I hope you enjoy! Right off the bat Chitlins Con Carne has a great vibe.
Nice playing by you, Clark Sommers and Dr. Binder throughout. I enjoyed your version of Crazy Arms.
Steelin' Moonlight works so well with your trio.
