Add on lap steel neck

I'm pretty sure I saw this on the forum a while ago, but can't find it anymore - an all aluminium lap steel with clamps that allow mounting it on a pedal steel (or a console) to add an easily removable non-pedal neck... Does anyone else remember this or know who made it?
