Who's the steeler? Bluebird Nashville soundtrack

Just heard it on WKCR. Timothy Brown from Nashville movie 1975. Great steel and sounded so Buddy Cage, but a bit more refined. Thinking it was one of the steelers that influenced him. Anyone know who it is? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZWGzc8oTPE
