I'm sure this song is played with some kind of pedal + more than 6 strings but if anyone has a c6 lap steel rendition for this it would be greatly appreciated. Looking to play it with my band soon.

Jack, Red Steagall wrote and recorded this with Sonny Garrish on steel. Herby Wallace published the tab, which I bought in the early 1980's and subsequently lost. Sonny played it on 10-string C6 with the top string tuned to G. Hope this helps. Bob
