I was able to acquire a very nice copy of this catalog from ebay. I've posted some high-resolution scans at the link below so you can read all the details from each page.

This catalog is great! I love seeing these old pages. I spend a lot of time trying to recreate these print effects.

I decided to use one of the steels in the catalog for a design I made last night. I like to reimagine the old ads if they were doing them today with today's pickers.

Thanks for the High Resolution prints...great historical stuff there.

I'd like to find some original Emmons sales literature / brochure detailed their Emmons Amp shown on the last page of the Catalog.

Regards
Ron

Emmons amp

The "Emmons" amp pictured is a standard factory stock Standel model with an Emmons logo. ZB did the same thing around that time frame.

Michael

I am aware of both of those applications.

Still looking for the specific Emmons advertisement……..should you ( or anyone else
have one of those Emmons ads,) please email to me so I can place a copy of the Emmons Amp advertisement into the back of my Emmons amp.

Thanks

Ron

Emmons / Standel

All I know of is the back of the four page "blue" brochure, a sixth of the page with a small illustration and list of the various speaker options and prices. Also pictured with the "Joe E Lewis Emmons electric bass" and a PSG in a quarter-page Guitar Player Magazine advert.
