A bump for a great steeler that flies under the radar, Jay McDonald!

This tune definitely has a tricky melody to just pull out of your hat. Another one is "Rudolph the red nose Reindeer."
I've messed them both up more than once. RP
Emmons SKH Le Grande, Tick tack bass, Regal high strung, USA Nashville 112.

Still waiting, hoping, praying that someone will make available the TAB for this most unusual version.

Make comment...advice...good reason....suggestion why the TAB may NOT be available.

I am, as always, forever in your debt friends so please HELP if you can.

I'm working on it, 1 + 1/2 Choruses are done, but i'm going to be pretty busy the upcoming days...
All sounds pretty familiar and easy here, but of course it is not(at least for me...)
I experienced a bunch of unusual string-skips and lot's of Mooneyisms...
This tune was on a long term To-Do-List, so this was a good opportunity to get it started!

I finally made the 1st part up to the fiddle break.
Tabbed it out on U-12 tab, but only strings 1 to 8 are needed for now.
I'm glad for any corrections or suggestions!

Thank you very much,
i had fun, and i find it quite revealing what you can do with only 3 pedals (no levers so far...).
Hearing and guessing how it might be played is the fun part, but I have to admit I had a hard time writing it all down.
Maybe there is an easier, but still accurate way to notate all these ornaments and gracenotes....
Any suggestions...

Classic Bakersfield Sound and in my opinion, the best instrumental rendition of "Release" Me on record, including Mooney's
