Tommy Cabs

...lets just say this, as long as Tommy Huff is in the business of building cabinets/enclosures for musical equipment and should I have the need for such products no one but Tommy Huff will build them for me...

Tolex?

Post by Greg Forsyth »

Hi Bruce,

Your cab looks great!

Please let me know the tolex that Tommy put on your cabinet. Tommy built 2 cabs for me last winter using Burgundy Python snakskin tolex. The look great also. Yours looks to be a similar tolex but I,m not sure.
My cabs still look new after a year, and Tommy did a fine job building them.

Heard that Tommy's been down with the COVID. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery.

Same here. I'm lucky enough to live close to Tommy so I've picked up my cabinets in person. Each time I went by, Tommy loaded my speakers for me and we had a great visit. His prices are still reasonable as well even though the price for his materials has gone up.

I just received my second cab from Tommy yesterday. It's perfect. Great work! I had talked with him a few days ago and he seems to be recovering just fine and is slowly getting back to work building these fine cabs.

My pal in Denver just received the new Tommy Huff cab he ordered for his Morris Amplification (Orchard Mesa, Colo.) custom AA764 Champ head. Looks purty good to me:

With its new 12" Weber AlNiCo, it's bound to be a keeper. Can't wait to get up there and see for myself.
