The stark beauty of this song is amazing....
I'm an intermediate player....I might attempt this myself.....I don't really know where to start: E9, I think...or is it C6

Very intimidating.....has anyone done this before?
I'd sure like to have a look!

great playing by lloyd. e9 for sure. if you head over to the lloyd green tribute page, you'll find some truly amazing tab for lloyd's pieces. if you study them really hard (there's no other way but hard, they're challenging pieces), then you'll come away with some of his truly unique approaches. that would help a lot if you were having a go at playing this.

Nice challenge!

Now I (try to) play C6 lapsteel (CEGACE),
and I made a tab in the same key as Lloyd Green did
of the intro + first part.
