Reverb / Delay Rack Unit

Post by Scott McCumber »

I am looking for a nice Reverb/Delay Rack Unit and was wondering if there are any absolute favorites. I've had a midiverb and wasn't a huge fan. Figured I'd ask for peoples opinions.

Dennis - what price are you looking at for the TC M350? I've seen them anywhere from $100 - $200 on reverb.

I have a Carin FX 2 which I am pondering "moving along" 4 effects, Echo, (delay) Reverb, Chorus and Flange, any two at the time, or just one. Its what is termed a dual engine processor, both engines have the same 4 effects. Standard single rack size with AC power, not a Walwart. Nice clean quiet unit with no rack rash.

PM me with interest.

Hi Scott, $100.00 plus shipping. I bought it new and still have the original box and manual.

Lexicon MX200 is my choice: very nice sounding unit, easy to use, two effects, good build quality

Lexicon gets my vote. Just picked up a used MPX100 from Guitar Center for $69.00. Sounds great. Also, No preamp needed. You can plug straight into it. RP

To my ears the MPX1 Lexicon has the best reverb of anything out there- far exceeding the MX200. The downside is that they are old and tough to program but sound terrific. I tend to accumulate them when I see them come up for sale.
