When did you order? They are down until the 28th so none of us are going to hear back from them for a little bit. I put in my order yesterday and I'm not expecting it until some point around the middle of August. I'll keep you guys posted if there's any issues.

I got my order couple weeks ago.
It is just that some of the items were messed up and incomplete.
Emails and phones shouldn't be down in a move....

I have to say that They have communicated with me and I received two new books that were missing pages so they will take care of any problems...They just need to look at their system....She said she never got any of my emails or phone calls that I sent from their webpage. It took some time but they took care of me. George.

That's where I'm at. I have faith that I'll be taken care of but I'm also not counting on it to be a quick/smooth transaction. Will add they should really step it up. Putting together those books isn't rocket science. I respect that this is probably a side gig for them but still the prices they are charging they should do better. I've put together books like that before and have had media made (dvd's). It involves a lot of tedious work that involves attention to detail. Flipping through the books to make sure the pages are all there, scanning the pages to make sure the prints are good and so on. At my corporate gig missing pages wouldn't cut it and I used to have to test the dvd's I made before sending them on.

Here's my transaction so far.

Purchased $145.00 worth of course materials.

Purchased July 23rd website said they'd be closed until the 28th.

sent an email 7/31/18 through website no response

8/1/18 received confirmation that a shipping label was printed. Status is pre-shipment which means label has been created but it hasn't left where it was originated.

8/7/18 sent second email to follow up, no response

8/8/18 left a voicemail requesting status and no response

Product still has not shipped and I can't get through to anyone. I'm putting this up as a record for future customers so they understand what they are getting into. From the onset I didn't expect this to go smooth but I'll admit I'm starting to have a bad feeling about this.

I saw them post on here about their business still going forward several months back they could at least post something letting you guys know what's going on , sure seems like a bad way to keep a business going if your not going to communicate IMO.

8/10/18 disputed transaction with the bank and am seeking a refund.

I went back and forth on this last night. Part of me wanted to stick it out, the other side of me worries that if the product shows up damaged or missing pages like what happened to Ken and several others then the aggravation won't be worth it. I'll update again on how this matter is resolved.

8/11/18 bank agreed with my claim and fully refunded my money. I'm happy to get out of this transaction. Fingers crossed the rest of you get taken care of.

I placed my order for $195 worth of materials on June 30th. Nothing received, no 50% off, and no replies to emails.

Massively disappointed!

$60 order placed 7/29. Emailed. Texted. Left voicemail. No response. My order prior was placed on 7/3 and shipped 7/10 (a day after I emailed requesting tracking#). Looking at my order numbers, there is a difference of 34 between these, so- if orders are numbered serially, that's 34 orders Jeffran received in 20 days. No news on picks ordered in January, either.
I'll echo what others have said- I have had pleasant interactions with Melissa when I have received responses, but more often than not, there is no response to inquiries. Unless an order just never shows up, I'll continue to buy stuff from her. It's known that she has full family duties as well as maintaining Jeff & Fran's legacy. I get it. It's a pain in the balls sometimes, but I still want to support Jeffran. in the large scheme the Jeffran reboot is still fresh. Even with radio silence, as long as stuff eventually arrives, I'll feel like my dough is going to the good guys, yaknow?
Excel Superb D10, Sarno Black Box, Goodrich L120, various effects into a Sarno Spectrum preamp feeding a Jay Ganz Straight Ahead into pair of JBL K130 loaded cabs.

They say "thats how it goes". I say "that ain't the way it stays!"

Thanks for posting. I was thinking about ordering something from them, but will hold off for the time being.

A music publisher should either (1) buy them out or (2) take over distribution and just pay them a royalty. Or they should consider just turning over distribution and mailing to Amazon.

Received my Jeffran order as promised.

My two Jeffran courses just arrived, two weeks from when I ordered them.

Everything seems in order. I previewed one course: it looks meticulous but not dull or pedantic. I think I'll enjoy it.

I had reservations, too, after sending money and not receiving a shipment ETA.

However, based on my recent experience, Jeffran is legit.
