C6 TAB Lapsteel End of the World

Post by Bert Farroach »

Hi lapsteelers,
When I became a member of this forum last december, my first tabs were played on Dobro, and notated in G6 (which is in fact C6, but a quarter lower).
I found out there are not so many people doing this, and I switched to a "simple sixstringlog" in C6.
Good move, I like this lapsteel more and more, and it's also quiet in playing.

So here I am this time with my remake for lapsteel of the Skeeter Davis song End of the World.
The first part of the TAB is below.
The new clip on lapsteel is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYA-YOPD0rk&t=1s

As always, if you like to have the PDF plus the mp3 backing track, just mail me, and I'll send it to you, for free.
Hope you enjoy this one again, regards,
Bert

Thank you for sharing your terrific arrangements of these great songs. I've already got a couple of them from you and am working diligently to play them as well as you do.
Thanks for the inspiration Bert.
