Haven't seen this mentioned here before - looks like it's probably important if you use CCleaner.

This only affects 32 bit versions of Windows and only if you are running as an Administrator account.
Updating to recent versions removes the malware, because it was included in the CCleaner binary file itself. The newer versions replace that file, thus eliminating this threat.
CCleaner users can read the security advisory on the Piriform blog, which details everything you need to know as an end user.
