With great regrets I will not be able to go to Bobby's Shindig this year. I believe this will be the first one I have missed since 2005. My wife Pat will be getting a new hip on the first of September. I think I will be staying close to home for a while. I will miss seeing all my old friends.

I agree with the others, the sound couldn't have been any better.
Bobby spent a lot of time and expense putting this show together
and it was a fantastic show. One of the best I've seen in years. :D :D
Got to see many friends and sure met a lot of new ones too.
Want to give thanks to Bobby, the house band and all the musicians
and singers that made this show an absolutely perfect one.

Thanks again fellows for your replies and comments. Next year I am thinking of setting the show up a week or so to avoid football season kickoff and the state fair competition. Any thoughts or comments on that schedule change are certainly welcome...
