Tuning chart for E9th Emmons setup for a single 10 with 4+5

I have 4+5 on my front neck. I don't like half stop knee levers, so I put the 2nd and 9th string C# lowers on P1. Other than that, it's pretty standard. Some people (including Lane) would have LKR and RKL swapped.

Is there a standard set up for an Emmons push pull S-10 with 3 pedals and 4 Knee levers ?

Sort of.
Essentially universal are:
Pedals A, B and C (order may be the other way around);
One knee lowering 4 and 8 to D# (OK, Lloyd and Jimmy didn't lower 4, but almost everyone else DOES);
One knee raising 4 and 8 to E#/F;
One knee that lowers 2 to D and/or C# (which may or may not also lower 9), but there's little agreement as to whether to go to D or C# or to have a half-stop.
The 4th knee can:
A) Lower the Bs to A#;
B) Raise 1 to G;
C) raise 1 to G# and 2 to E;
D) lower 6 to F# (with or without a split with the B pedal at G)
E) raise 7 to G;
F) raise 7 to G#;
G) B&D;
H) C&D
J) B&E
K) C&F
Almost all 3 & 4 copedents can be found in some variation of this, but there's also not much agreement as to which lever goes where.

The 3 pedals and first 3 knee levers are present on most E9th steels (no difference between push-pull and all-pull). By the 1980's, the 4th lever was F# to G on almost all factory copedents (including the Emmons push-pull).Is there a standard set up for an Emmons push pull S-10 with 3 pedals and 4 Knee levers ?

But then Paul Franklin started raising the high F# to G# on a lot of records, so people had to have that. Also, Buddy Emmons lowered his middle G# to F#, and a lot of people really liked that:

Combining those two concepts gives you the most common "G" lever today:
Raise 1, F# to G# (like Paul)
Raise 2, D# to E (like Paul and Buddy)
Lower 6, G# to F# (like Buddy)
As for position, most players have the Emmons ABC pedals (about 20% use Day CBA), and have the F lever on LKL and the D lever on RKR. Whether the E lower goes on LKR or RKL is a bit of a tossup, and the G lever uses the other slot.
