Thanks Carl... You and Rick may want to go back and listen to the
Soundcloud remix... I added a little more reverb.

Dale, I love that remixed sound. It's the sound I love.(':D')
Are you only using reverb or is something else used too.
I love your Mullen, wish I could make mine sound so good.

I've kicked myself a thousand times for letting that guitar get away from me ... glad you've got, though Dale, and having a great time with it. :D

Thank John and Jim... And you too Carl... I went a touch crazy and actually had 3 different reverbs on it... I was experimenting... I didn’t use any compression and only a transparent limiter... I may try to use some delay at some point, but right now its just reverb... My education is FAR from over my friend... thanks for your kind words.

Dale, nice job on this one ! We are getting ready to track this one as well for my wifes next budget CD. I think I'll steal a few of your licks ! :)

These days I spend less time listening to the "knobs" and more time listening to the playing , I think both of the mixes are just fine ! That Mullen sounds great.

Do remember that Soundcloud , if not all of the streaming sites , cuts off at 16K at the top and somewhere near 80 HZ at the bottom. So much for pure audio fidelity ! :)
Emmons L-II , Fender Telecasters, B-Benders , Eastman Mandolin ,
Pro Tools 12 on WIN 7 !

Tony, Thank-you, and I’m honored you’d even think to use one of my licks... But if you find anything of value there, well, Have at it... I’m perceiving just a touch of distortion in a couple of places, not much, but enough to catch my ear, though my ears could be bad... I sent the stems to a friend of mine, who put some of his magic on it and he said he didn’t hear it in the stems, so maybe I put a little too much drive on the Console Shaper plugin I was using... I didn’t hear it in his mix...
