Tony Booth will be singing with me at the Texas steel guitar show in March. Asking all to be there if you can it should be fun for everyone.

It seems that, except for Monday nights at the Troubadour, any night I wasn't working I spent in the Palomino listening to Tony, Jay Dee, Archie Francis, Larry Booth, and Al Bruno totally wear it out. Where I got a great part of my musical education, actually.

One of the high spots for me in Phoenix was seeing Don Holiman, another SoCal legend, sing with Jay Dee. Took me back to my days in the clubs in California and Vegas.

I am SO looking forward to seeing these two together again.

Just found out that Tony's brother Larry Booth is also going to be at the Jamboree!

Three-fifths of one of the bestest bands ever to come out of Southern California. Sadly, Al Bruno and Archie Francis are no longer with us.

Man... I sure wish I could be there..!!! Some of my favorite people and musicians. The Booth Brothers are like family to me. Jay Dee is just such an awesome guy and of course player. It should be a great time and great music.

Damn, Tiny... it would be really great if you were there. You would have a complete, total, gaseous experience!

Then you could come down to Lake Austin and we'd get in the boat, because the spawn will be ON!

Huh?

Man, does that sound good, Herb !!! My boats put away for winter... I hear it crying my name when I walk past it in the driveway.

Herb, you have fun brother and please tell Jay Dee and the Booth boys I was asking for them. Oh, stick a big fish on Lake Austin for me too!!! Wish I could get down there for sure.

For the benefit of myself and maybe some others like me who have never been to this show..How does the seminar work? I'm just wondering how the event/day is structured.
