Ankle monitor...

Post by Dick Sexton »

Not to bad on the right ankle, just turn the transmitter to the outside. The left is the worse, sure hate having to wait to get it taken off to play.

As long as the RF from the cuff doesn't mess with your tone..

Depends on jurisdiction. If the gig is at your place, it should be OK.

I got my ankle monitor because of my playing. It notifies corrections officers if I get within 500 feet of a pedal steel.

My wife will know that I'm really at a gig :)

EDIT - Or is the ankle monitor instead of an in-ear monitor?

So the answer could be , it depends on who is monitoring the ankle ..

I've been struggling playing with this ball and chain on for many years. Fortunately, she doesn't mind when I buy new amps and guitars so it's well worth it.

I tell Beth how much an instrument or amp is worth, so she'll think twice on donation pickup days :whoa:
