A beauty for sure.

Cool retro look, I really like it. I have an old Yamaha 6 string electric that has a similar metal-flake finish, in a medium blue color. Love that look.

Always wondered what that shade of green would look like on a guitar. Beautiful! I'm a fan of green. Maybe should start a "show me your" post for green steels.

Thanks for all the nice comments! I know this finish isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it is exactly what I wanted and Fred delivered!

Whoa.........

Post by Fred Justice »

Fellers, thanks for all the compliments.
I gotta tell you, when ole Cody ordered this guitar I thought WHOA, you gotta be kidding me!
But that's what he wanted and I ordered the material.
Then when it came in it kinda jumped out at me so to speak.
And then as I started building it it kinda grew on me, by the time I got it done with all the polished aluminum it looked beautiful.
Ole Cody knew something I didn't, "Green Is Gorgeous"
Its a beautiful guitar Cody, enjoy it for years to come. :D

Fred, that's nice! Seems like S10s are getting some well deserved appreciation lately. That one is a beauty.

Congrats, Cody!
