I was honored to host the TV Show "Larry's Country Diner" with special guests Asleep At The Wheel! I sat near Eddie Rivers, and watched in amazement as he played his 4 neck steel guitar. He would play back up on one neck, then switch to another for the solo. He also plays pedal steel, and even has a Sho-Bud, just like mine.
Don't miss the show when it airs in November 2015!
Lots of fun, and I even surprised everyone with Martha White biscuits!

That's an interesting switching system Eddie has on his Quad with 3 push buttons (instead of 4) in the normal position and a couple of toggle switches on neck 4.
What a wonderful pairing, Rhonda Vincent with Eddie. That's too cool Rhonda. And you have a Sho-Bud? That's way cool. At any rate, all of Missouri is proud of our girl. Way to go Rhonda.
Hey Rhonda, nice to see you here girl. You're a GREAT singer. Eddie's got himself quite a cheese slicer there with that Fender. You make quite a picture.
Cool. Thanks for posting Rhonda and great to hear that you are a steel guitarist, fan and Forum member as well! Love your pic with Buddy that you posted a few weeks back.
The Wheel is playing in Vermont at the Barre Opera House in Barre Vermont next week, Friday September 25th. Here is the link for you folks in NY- New England who may wanna make the trip. This venue has amazing acoustics as the the old opera houses tend to have. Alison Krause would always comment on what a pleasure it is to play there due to the sound being just right not only for the audience, but the performers on stage.

AATW has been a great band over the years, but I was devastated years ago when Leroy and Chris left the band. That was the best incarnation of AATW and it had a dimension to it that I still can't put my finger on..... After that I never really let my self get attached to a band again..
