Dallas Show~Pro Lite Delivery~Beautiful Guitar

Post by Fred Justice »

I'm delivering this beautiful Pro Lite to Mr. Dick Hitchcock at the Dallas Show on March 12th.
It'll be perched on a table all weekend for all to look it over real good.
Loaded up with 4x5 and a tone machine for sure.

Henry I'm not sure but I think you are referring to the slack adjusters on the cross shaves.
If so, they take the slack out of the knee lever, from swinging back & forth.

Dick,
You told me your new ProLite Justice was going to be a real looker and boy you weren't fooling! All the best to you and your new rig.
Fred, is that a new color mica you are offering? What's it called?

Congratulations Dick, that is a beautiful guitar that you're getting. I appreciate getting a chance to see the pictures since I just placed an order yesterday with Fred for a Pro Lite 3x4 with the split apron using the White and Blue Ripple.

I'm sure you can't wait to take delivery and start playing it. Try not to tease me too much with comments about how well it looks, plays and sounds, I have a while before I get mine.

Enjoy!

Dick. :) :)

Fred,

Don't know how you make the front of the guitar cabinet, but it is beautiful.

Gorgeous undercarriage. I have not seen a design that looks cleaner than the Pro-Lite.

Sounds good Dick, actually I want to hear all about it. And I agree, the quality that you see and hear in Fred's guitar reflects his passion to build the finest.

I haven't actually met Fred but enjoyed the couple of conversations we had about steel guitars, players and music in general. I'm sure he is very busy and appreciate the time he took to talk with me.

What's really interesting is that the general public doesn't get to see the beautiful figured maple slabs that Fred uses to assemble the cabinet well before the mica ever gets applied. That's a treat that Fred reserves only for the buyer of each guitar he builds! God bless you Fred. You are truly one of a kind.
