How does one transfer files from a Macbook to an iPad?

Post by Wiz Feinberg »

A member contacted me privately about this. But, I'm not a Mac or i-device user. I'm hoping other members of the forum may be able to explain how he can transfer his files as desired.
Wiz, I've been thinking about doing this for some time now. In my research I find there doesn't seem to be a way to transfer my files and photos, etc. from the Macbook to the iPad. Any advice?
Thanks,

another option, do it thru a Google account using the "drive".

I do this all the time with lyrics , PC to Ipad. But it can be done with any file, image etc.

A free google account comes with a 15 gig ( I think) drive. Everything is available all the time and can be transferred to any PC, Mac, Ipad etc once logged in. Once the transfer is made to the Ipad don't for get to save it on the Ipad, which is required should you want to use those files off line from the google account.
