QLB controller has stopped working,and log running script

hi guys ,
am i the only guy in the world who,s
QLB controller has stopped working ,how do i fix it.
also ,youtube wont play because of a long running script....
now ,just to be clear,,,
i dont know what any of this mean,but ,my computer just isnt her normal self.

I had to do a google search to find out what "QLB" was (HP's Quick Launch Buttons).

One link says it could be malware disguising itself as QLB, so run an antivirus and Malware scan.

If you use the QLB, you can reinstall it (should be able to download it from HP).
