Leon McAuliffe's tunings

I copied this photo from a recent auction of one of Leon McAuliffe's Fender quads. I thought it would be a good idea to make a searchable thread for future interest in his tunings. Especially cool is the inclusion of his gauges (for a 24.5 guitar), and his Am9 tuning. Note the lighter gauge strings on the bottom.
