What am i doing wrong
Most of my backing tracks that I open has a violation box that says Access Violation at Address 0488941F Write of Address 54901E97 at:0488941F I click on the X to get rid of it and another one comes up nothing seems to work. The only way to get rid of it is to shut down the computer and start over.I am using 2008 BIAB do I need to up grade or what? Thanks Richard

Wow Richard
You have a doozy here.
I know nothing of your hardware or operating system so can't get very specific but (I'll try to write in layman's language):
Your system is already using the memory areas that your BIAB is telling it to use. In an effort to NOT cross link files you computer refuses to do this (it's a safety measure).
Now why it is - that, I can't answer specificly other than this.
Your mainboard just happens to work that way (it happens)
Your RAM memory is made that way (unlikely)
Your Operating System or version of it is causing the problem
Some software (or bloatware) you have loaded is using this area already (that's what i would investigate first)
or
a combination of the above.
If you can progressively disable all that you can of the TSR processes (they are the things that run in the background that you don't even probably know about - not for the feint hearted) you may be able to eliminate the problem otherwise I can only say this is a techs job.

BIAB problem
Try going to My Computer C:drive bb folder
Then find INTRFACE.BBW and MySetup.DK
Delete both and then restart BIAB
Good luck
