Something related to your Adobe Flash Player has become corrupted, or your browser's security settings do not allow the Flash Plug-in to survive a restart (check security and plug-in settings for that browser).
Download the uninstaller tool for Flash, from Adobe and read the instructions on that page.
You should close all browsers and applications. Then, totally uninstall Adobe Flash, then reboot the computer. When you get to the Windows Welcome Screen (I'm guessing you are running Windows, but you didn't say so), log into an Administrator level account. Using the same browser as before, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the version of Flash for that browser. Internet Explorer uses a different version than Firefox, Opera or Chrome (which uses a custom version), so download the version for IE as well (if you were using another browser). Mac and Linux computers use a different flavor than Windows PCs.
