Mac Mini -- Energy saver Sleep settings

I can’t figure out why the lock keeps getting opened in the Energy saver Sleep settings .

it can be locked but after a few hours / or a day / its unlocked .

anyone know what this is about

I just discovered the the lock opens on start-up --

Don’t think its supposed to do this , Have i got an invader ????
