Does anyone know what PUM.USERlo is, and or how to remove it? Don't know if it's a virous or what, it sure messes up my laptop. help appreciated. thanks J.W.

Sorry Wiz, I should have more specific, It was detected when I ran a malware scan, I click on the remove tab, but it keeps coming back. sure makes the computer do funny things. hope this helps thanks again J.W.

MBAM produces a log file any time it detects malware. You can read the logs inside the user interface.

Ok Wiz here's what I come up with vendor - PUM.USERWLo... catagory - registry value item - HKCU\SOFTWARE\WINDOWS NT\ hope this helps thanks again J.W.
