Happy New Year, everyone. Who is playing in the San Antonio-Austin area New Years Eve?? I know about Billy Mata at Anhalt but that old barn will probably be awfully cold.

Billy, It's suppose to be a comfortable night and they do hve big heaters.

I'll be up here in Red River NM with Michael Martin Murphey, but I think Johnny Bush is playing in Fredericksburg somewhere, probably with Dave Biller on steel.

Im celebrating the new yr. with 3 of my grandkids. Going to shoot some fireworks, play some dominoes, and eat lots of goodies, and ring in the new yr. with a glass of cornbread and buttermilk. Come new yr. morning the grandkids are on their way home so grandpa can watch the bowl games in peace.

Bob, he is one of my favorites. Our group "Country Night Live" backs up several artist in the Texas area. We also work with Curtis Potter and Frenchie Burke, in addition to our own jobs. I like playing traditional country and I don't have to worry about all this new stuff. Happy New Year
