Michael, thanks for posting this fascinating material. It really takes you back to the era. The photo of Sam Koki with the guitar and amp is worthy of an illustrated history of Hawaiian Steel Guitarists. I also love the comic book style cartoons which remind me of Robert Crumb's work.
