Howard-That is different
How does it sound?
Will you be at HGSA in Joilet?
(maybe with the quadcone?)
I'd love to hear it.

That is a real beauty deserving of some sound clips. Carroll is a real gem and a master.
It's great that you had the foresight to stagger the heights of the necks. Also, are there many sympathetic vibrations?

Carroll has done it again! Just beautiful. He told me he was also working on some new instruments for the IBMA show - he is a force of nature! He made me a Myrtle Wood instrument with a raised cover plate this year and I am thrilled with it. I look forward to reading the specs Howard.

The six string is 7/10 at the bridge and 5/16 at the nut. The eight string is 3/8 at the bridge and 5/16 at the nut.
The spacing is near parallel.......

That is stunning Howard....I have the drawings from Carroll so I can start on your stand. Shouldn't be a problem with the double necks.

Mark, that's great.......did Carroll also include the drawings of the 12 string quadcone that is near completion?......it has the exact same dimensions except for the neck.....
and that's for another thread......

Yes I have both....I should be able to make the one stand work for both instruments if you want?

A STAND??????? You wuss
Howard, all joking aside, that's pretty incredible! Carroll could work for the CIA - I've asked him a few times about your latest top-secret project, but got nothing!
